We use all the necessary diagnostic methods for materials:

  • X-ray diffraction
  • Scanning electron microscopy
  • Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy
  • Raman spectroscopy
  • Four-point probe resistance measurement up to 100 degrees
  • Atomic force microscopy


Low temperature process

The original spraying technique makes it possible to obtain crystalline films at temperatures from 350 degrees.

We maintain the high quality of coatings through the use of our own developed spraying machines.
Precursors are coordination compounds that are synthesized and purified directly by us.

process flexibility

The spraying system is designed in such a way that allows switch  quickly between the deposited materials. Interchangeable substrate holders carry wafers up to 4 inches.
